IMO it sounds like something Gigi D'Agostino would have made back in the late 90s/2000s. It does sound a bit dated but it serves it's purpose as a rave song. Also, it doesn't really need the vocals tbh. The vocals sound weird paired with the song.

This is creative... For some reason though, I find the melody extremely catchy. It might have been because of the sound effects in the background or maybe even because of the whistling in the background at 1:37 and the clapping that starts in around 2 minutes. You really should make this into a loop because it is so catchy.
